He spent three years as a leasing agent, building a strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics, followed by three years at Savills specializing in primary residential sales. He have successfully advised and closed transactions for some of Ho Chi Minh City’s most prestigious luxury developments, including Grand Marina Saigon, The MarQ, and The Opera Thu Thiem. His approach combines market insight, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering value for clients.

JOYCE

Joyce is a seasoned real estate professional with 9 years of experience, having worked in the industry since January 2, 2017. She began her career with Singapore-based developer CapitaLand, later joined Savills Vietnam, and is currently operating her own real estate business with partners. Joyce serves both domestic and international investors—primarily from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States. Her expertise spans secondary market transactions, leasing, and comprehensive property management services. She prioritizes collaboration with reputable developers such as CapitaLand, Keppel Land, Gamuda Land, and Masterise Homes, focusing on prime properties in Ho Chi Minh City’s central districts, including District 1, District 4, and District 2.
